I would like to say the your technician named Ryan was the best technician you have ever sent to me. He was friendly, efficient and was a pleasure to have around.

Brian came to our house on Monday. He was very professional, a lovely young guy who cleaned up around the place after the job was done. He is a credit to Termico.

I called Termico for two reasons: rats and mice in ceiling and a long-term problem with black ants (mostly outside). Appt was three weeks later (as they were booked out). I was given a one-hour time frame for their arrival on the day. Jimmy arrived in the first half-hour. He was polite and respectful. He told me everything he was going to do before he did it, with a full inspection of the property first. Jimmy said there was no evidence of droppings in garage or rear courtyard and would call the office to say that the bait boxes were not required in those areas, saving me $44. Then he put rodent baits in the ceiling spaces, followed by ant/ termite/spider spraying outside. Jimmy checked that the cat was inside before spraying and advised me to stay inside for two hours afterwards, until the spray was dry. I was impressed with Jimmy's professional approach and would recommend Termico to those in need of pest control services.

We were very impressed with Dario. We appreciated his approach to the issues we had with termites, and his explanation of what was happening and needed to be done.
