Just had Mark complete his job at my residence and I must say he is extremely professional in his position - explaining thoroughly the processes of what he is doing and talked me through how to turn off both my power and solar in a safe manner and gave me tips on how to keep my family safe and not have obstacles in the way if ever I was in an emergency situation, which I have now taken on-board.
