Great and fabulous guys from Termico that explained everything to me and were able to make me feel very comfortable with having the treatment done. They both had great attitudes. I will recommend Termico and you should be very proud of them.

Termico did the pest management service at our new home in Woodvale. Unfortunately one of their employees accidentally damaged a limestone front step leading up in to our property when undertaking the final work. Termico accepted the responsibility and were really proactive in finding a repair solution, not always easy when dealing with limestone steps. The step has now been repaired and Termico were totally professional in handling this issue. Certainly a company who have earned their reputation and work hard to maintain it. Well done and thanks

What an exceptional and fantastic job Chris and Carl both have done. Chris being highly helpful in his recommendations. Carl placed the pavers back exactly the way they were. Very happy overall.

On Monday the 2nd of November I had a termite inspection and spider spray carried out at my home. Your representative was Mr Dario Orellana. I wanted to let you know that Dario was probably one of the best people from any trades and services that I have ever encountered. He went above and beyond my expectations of customer service. He was informative about everything he did, answered most of my questions without me asking, and checked with me more than once whether I had any other questions/concerns. He drew my attention to issues in the roof timbers that were not in the realm of pest control. He was on time, courteous, friendly and helpful. I was so impressed that I have already ‘raved’ about it to my friends (and you don’t usually rave about a pest inspection!!). If Dario is indicative of your company’s customer service ethos, I will be seeing Termico again. Please pass along my comments to Dario.

We had Craig, Jack and I think the paver was Col at our home in Rockingham this morning. They all arrived on time were extremely professional and respectful of our home. They have all been a pleasure to have here and the advise and explanation of everything they were doing was informative and very helpful. Please extend our thanks to all of them.

I just wanted to share with you some positive feedback.I have just had my house inspected by Kevin for the second time. On both occasions he has been very thorough, informative, helpful and pleasant to have here – which I really appreciate. All too often the feedback we receive is when there is a problem, so I feel it’s important to let you know when things are great too. He also disposed of a mouse that my dog had just accidentally killed, which was FANTASTIC as I am one of those ridiculous people completely afraid of mice. Kevin saved the day!

Have just booked our renewal in. You have a great follow up program which was very easy to book in to.

Yesterday Kevin visited our home to carry out inspection. We have had a lot of trades and services visit our home over the past year and have to say that Kevin has been a standout. It is all too common that people pay attention to bad customer service and not make an effort to acknowledge the good. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and happy to listen and answer any questions all without making me feel rushed. Immediately I was made to feel comfortable and had no qualms about Kevin being in our home. He was an absolute delight and because of his outstanding customer service we will have no doubt using Termico again in the future.

My husband and I thought Fabian was very thorough, knowledgeable about his work and open to any questions whilst at our house, and that he should be commended for his professionalism.
