After much confusion regarding my inspection and re-treatment which is being done as I write this email. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Alison and the guys who are here doing the job and sorting out the issue I had. I'm sure Alison will be true to her words and make some big bold notes on my file. The guys have been great, very courteous, friendly and understanding. It makes a change to find a company who are prepared to listen and help sort things out for all concerned. Once again thank you.
